AFTER OPENING SUPPORT

Our IT-team have implemented the convenient form of task tracking. This form allow us to monitor all the task we get from the stores during their operation, thus to make them resolved as fast as possible.

The shop just need to send the description of the issue with the photo to the e-mail of the support portal. Then shop will get the date of issue resolving and will be able to concentrate on the sales results.
